We verify every carer's identity with government-issued photo ID and proof of address before they can create a profile.
Qualification checks
Claimed qualifications, certifications, and first aid training are verified against issuing bodies and registry records.
Reference checks
We contact previous employers and families to verify work history and gather candid feedback on character and capability.
Continuous monitoring
We don't just check once. Reviews are monitored, complaints are investigated, and DBS status is rechecked periodically.
Secure payments
