Every carer needs an Enhanced DBS check, including the children's barred list, verified by our team before they can take a single booking.
Verified families
Every parent verifies their ID with photo ID and a live selfie match before they can book a carer or post a job. Carers can verify their ID too.
Documents we review
Carers can add their right to work, first aid, insurance and Ofsted registration. We review each document, and every verified check shows on their profile.
Reviews after every sit
Families and carers review each other after completed bookings, so you can see how a carer has worked with other families.
Ongoing checks
We don't just check once. Reports are investigated, and every carer's DBS check must be verified again each year to keep taking bookings.
Secure payments
All payments are processed through Stripe with bank-level encryption. No cash changes hands, so there's always a clear record.
