- How does priority actually work?
- Carers see booking requests and job posts from members at the top of their lists, before all other requests. Nothing is hidden from anyone, members are simply first in line.

- Both lower the service fee you pay on bookings: Coorie+ from 10% to 6%, and Coorie Family to 3%. Coorie+ adds priority booking and job posts; Coorie Family adds priority support and extras for households booking many hours a month.
