Every carer has an Enhanced DBS check verified by our team before they can be booked. Read their full profile, qualifications, and genuine reviews from other families.
Message & discuss
Send a message to discuss your needs. Share details about your children, routines, and any special requirements.
Book your session
The first time, verify your ID with a quick photo and selfie check. Then choose a date and time and send your request; your carer reviews and confirms.
Pay securely
Payment is handled securely through the platform. You pay the carer's rate plus a service fee shown at checkout, and you're only charged once the carer accepts.

Free to join. Every fee is shown before you pay or accept a booking.
For families
Pay the carer's hourly rate plus a Coorie service fee, added at checkout. A membership lowers it on every sit.

You're a top carer when you complete 3 or more sits with at least 2 families in a calendar month, and it carries into the next month.
- Tips go to your carer in full, with no fees, paid out within 7 days.
- Cancel more than 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Within 24 hours, 50% applies.
- A sit that ends early is charged in full, and extra time is charged at the booked rate.
