Payments are handled securely through the Coorie platform. Families pay when they book, and your earnings are transferred directly to your bank account once the sit ends. Tips from families come to you in full. No chasing invoices or handling cash.
Absolutely. Every family verifies their ID with a photo and selfie check before they can book you or post a job. You can see parent profiles, read reviews from other carers, and message families before accepting any job. You're always in control of who you work with.
Once your profile is complete and approved, you can start receiving booking requests right away. Many carers get their first enquiry within the first week. A complete profile with a photo and bio gets 3x more views.
Not at all. You set your own availability and choose which jobs to accept. Work evenings, weekends, school hours, whatever suits you. There's no minimum commitment.
It's completely free to create a profile and start receiving bookings. Coorie's carer fee is 12% on your first booking with a family and 6% on repeat bookings with them. Complete 3 or more sits with at least 2 families in a month and you become a top carer: 10% and 4%. There's no fee on families you referred to Coorie, and tips go to you in full, paid out within 7 days.
